Installation Services
There are several methods for the installation of hardwood floors, which include glue down or nail down. The majority (90%) of floors are nailed down over plywood or shiplap. Then, we let them sit for 7-10 days so they can acclimate to the environment of the house. After this period of time, we return to sand, stain, and finish the floors. The floors may be finished in a natural color. The most popular finish is still the Swedish finish; we also use water-based finishes if desired.
